Q&A

Do I need to have a trial?

No! Booking in a Hair or Makeup trial is totally up to you and not a requirement. Although we do find that most brides like to have their trial prior to the wedding for another event or occasion (such as a bridal shower etc). If you don't decide to book in a trial our artists are very comfortable with designing looks on the day, and are open to changes that are within the time frame allocated.
Do I need to prepare anything in the lead up to the wedding?

You'll receive a comprehensive guide to prepare everything for your wedding day once you've booked your wedding day with us. This guide includes recommendations from skin, hair, your diet to what to wear to your bridal trial and wedding day and will be sent out to you closer to your special day.
Do you have any hair extensions and hair accessories?

We have a range of hair extensions for you to choose from, aswell as a small range of hair accessories. They're available for hire, or you can purchase a new set through us if you prefer to have it brand new for your wedding day. We will go through each option with you at your bridal hair and makeup trial and give you suggestions on what will be best for you.
But I only want natural makeup and a simple hairstyle, isn’t that cheaper?

No matter what makeup style you’re going for on your wedding day, the time it takes to complete is usually quite similar as they require the same attention to detail. Simple hairstyles also involve the same preparation that goes into more complex ones and the preparation is usually what takes the most time.
Do you provide a mobile hair and makeup services?

Yes! We will happily come to your home, hotel or venue. Travel fees apply and will be included in your quote. Trials and non bridal bookings can be accommodated at our studio in Rose Bay if you would prefer.
Do I need to provide anything on the day of the service?

We require a set-up area by a window or natural light, and a powerpoint. If you have a table and low chair that could be used, or space for us to bring in our own.
Do you include lashes in your makeup applications?

Yes, all makeup application prices include individual or strip lashes.
Do you take interstate/international bookings?

Yes we are available for bookings anywhere in the world! Travel fees and conditions apply, and will be included in your quote.
What products do you use?

We use a range of different brands to stock our hair and makeup kits. Some of them include Nars, MAC, Tom Ford Beauty, Armani Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Chanel, Hourlgass cosmetics, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Tarte, Laura Mercier, Tatcha. Hair products include Oribe, Balmain, Eleven, R+co, Unite.
Do you have Vegan/Cruelty Free products?

Yes, on request we can only use products and brushes that are Vegan or Cruelty Free. Please ensure you let us know your requirements before the appointment so we can pack our kits accordingly and remove anything not suitable.
