Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your bridal makeup with Bondi to Bowral, please inform us as soon as possible in writing to info@bonditobowral.com.au
All cancellations will incur the following cancellation fee's:
Deposits of 25% of the booking are strictly non refundable and non transferable under any
circumstances.
International Destination Weddings incur a 50% non refundable deposit.
If the confirmed booking is cancelled within 60 days of the wedding, the full amount of the
booking is due and must be paid within 7 days from notice. The client acknowledges and
authorises Bondi to Bowral to deduct the remaining balance from their nominated credit card if the balance owing exceeds 7 days from notice.
If you are an International Destination Bride, any cancellations made within 3 months of your wedding date will incur the full amount payable.
If the confirmed booking is cancelled more than 90 days prior to the date of the wedding, the deposit will be surrendered by the client. No further payments will be required.
If your booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of Bondi to Bowral including illness, pandemic, weather conditions or safety reasons, the Bondi to Bowral team will endeavour to provide an alternate artist of equal experience and professionalism. In the case that an alternate artist cannot be arranged to fulfil the booking, a refund will be made to the client within 7 days from your wedding day.
Changes made to your booking cannot be made within 4 weeks of your wedding date. Location and time changes are with the exception, although may alter the initial quote provided.
The Bridal Only Packages are available for Brides that are eloping, or not having a bridal party at all; if the client books this option and has a bridal party, they understand that Bondi to Bowral can decline the booking at any stage with the understanding of another external artist working that has not been booked through Bondi to Bowral.
Our Responsibility
As part of the experience provided by the Bondi to Bowral team and as trusted hair and makeup artists, it is our responsibility and ensured that all property used in kits including brushes, tools and makeup and hair products are all sterilised prior to each application. In the case of a reaction, the Bondi to Bowral team do not take any responsibility.
In the case of request from the Bondi to Bowral team for any Photography or Video content for social media and marketing purposes, the client will be made aware and asked for permission prior. The client reserves the right to accept or decline.
Client Responsibilities
To allow your bridal makeup experience to run as smoothly as possible, it is the client's
responsibility to ensure that all bridal party members, family or guests that are scheduled in
for makeup are punctual and willing to commence at the designated times provided by the Bondi to Bowral team prior to the wedding day.
We kindly ask that during the hair and makeup application process, that the client does not eat or use mobile phones throughout their scheduled time with our artists.
Bridal party members & guests are to ensure that no makeup is worn prior to commencing, and contact lenses are applied beforehand.
Clients that intend on getting a spray tan for the wedding day must avoid the face, please
advise your spray tan technician to blend up to/stop at the jawline.
Clients that choose to have a lash lift prior to the wedding day understand that the Bondi to Bowral team may not be able to apply strip or individual lashes. A decision will be made by the discretion of the artist.
You may elect to supply your own makeup, however, the Bondi to Bowral team are not obliged to use the products and may decline to do so based on the discretion of the artist.
It is understood by the bride and their responsibility that if any clients displays inappropriate
behaviour, aggression, offensive or discriminatory behaviour, the Bondi to Bowral team refuse the rights to provide services and may leave at any time. In this case, no refund or compensation will be made.
